چکیده
Aim: to study the effect of N-acetylcysteine (NAC) on dynamics clinical and radiological changes in patients with COVID-19. Patients Methods: included 111 moderate severe forms COVID-19 pneumonia 2nd 3rd stage according computed tomography (CT). The median age was 49,25 years. Group 1 (n=55) received standard therapy: favipiravir, enoxaparin sodium regimen, dexamethasone. Antibacterial therapy conducted indications. In addition therapy, group 2 (n=56) prescribed NAC at a daily dose 1200 mg, intravenously, divided into two doses. All underwent comprehensive examination: WBC count, C-reactive protein (CRP), ferritin, fibrinogen, multispiral ultrasound chest organs were determined admission, 7th-10th day hospitalization, discharge 8 weeks after discharge. Results: initially, from both groups comparable terms demographic indicators condition severity. prescription showed more positive trend symptoms laboratory indicators. Respiratory rate, heart body temperature statistically significantly lower already follow-up. levels CRP, ferritin fibrinogen also normalized faster 2. periods stay hospital 15.3 days 12.2 days, respectively, (p<0,05). Conclusions: early course allowed reducing volume lung tissue damage, level inflammatory markers (CRP, fibrinogen) contributed an earlier patient. KEYWORDS: COVID-19, N-acetylcysteine, pneumonia, acute respiratory distress syndrome, cytokine storm. FOR CITATION: Ignatova G.L., Antonov V.N., Sheklanova E.V. et al. متن کاملdetection of volatile compounds of medicinal plants with some nano-sorbents using modified or new methodologies and investigation of antioxidant activity of their methanolic extracts
in this work, a novel and fast method for direct analysis of volatile compounds (davc) of medicinal plants has been developed by holding a filament from different parts of a plant in the gc injection port. the extraction and analysis of volatile components of a small amount of plant were carried out in one-step without any sample preparation. after optimization of temperature, extraction time a...
